Apprentice

Typically a high school grad or early undergrad.
Pay capped at $20/hr.

Analyst

Typically a college junior or senior.
Pay capped at $30/hr.

Associate

Typically a bachelor’s graduate.
Pay capped at $37.50/hr.

Project Manager (PM)

1–2 years experience. Leads teams. Can bring in clients.
Pay capped at $55/hr.

Engagement Manager (EM)

3–4 years experience. Leads client engagements and PMs.
Pay capped at $100/hr.

Partner

5+ years experience. Leads verticals. Uncapped pay.
Includes profit share in Startery.

Elder / Founding Partner

Advisor or owner. Helps guide Startery’s mission and long-term vision.
All Operators start at a level based on their past experience and their performance in Launchpad.

How to Level Up

Do Great Work

Hit deadlines. Deliver excellence. Be a strong communicator and team member.
Feedback from clients and peers is factored into level evaluations.

Lead Projects

Step into PM or EM roles to manage scope, delegate work, and mentor others.
Leading a team well is one of the fastest ways to grow.

Bring in Clients

As a PM or EM, you can refer clients and earn commission. Show strategic leadership and you’ll level up faster.
