Lead Projects
You manage a team and own the client relationship. You’re paid as an Engagement Manager or Partner.
Bring Clients In
Refer clients and earn a percentage of project revenue, even if you don’t lead the work.
Scale a Vertical
Build a track around your domain (e.g. fintech design, AI ops). You earn from every project in your lane.
Become a Partner
Reach Partner level and receive long-term profit share and ownership in Startery’s future.
Profit Sharing (for Partners)
Partners who contribute meaningfully to the ecosystem over time earn equity-like benefits.
