# Leveling Up

> Understand how Operator levels work inside Startery—and how to grow.

## The Operator Ladder

Startery isn’t just a marketplace. It’s a career accelerator with a clear path from entry-level work to strategic leadership.

Each level unlocks more pay, responsibility, and ownership.

    1–2 years experience. Leads teams. Can bring in clients.

    3–4 years experience. Leads client engagements and PMs.

    Pay capped at **\$100/hr**.

## How to Level Up

      Leading a team well is one of the fastest ways to grow.

  <Step title="Bring in Clients">
    As a PM or EM, you can refer clients and earn commission. Show strategic leadership and you’ll level up faster.
