## Earn Beyond the Project

Startery is designed to reward contributors—not just contractors. Partners who lead work or grow the ecosystem share in the upside.

Here’s how you get paid.

## Types of Revenue Opportunities

    Engagement Manager or Partner.

## Profit Sharing (for Partners)

Partners who contribute meaningfully to the ecosystem over time earn equity-like benefits.
